The best music video download site to me would be the one which would offer nice A/V quality and small file size...like 12-15 MB for 5 min. song would be appreciably downloaded. Obviously if you go to torrents or to the uploaded content on Rapidshare(viz forums, obviously), you will be dealing with 30-40 MB file or maybe more.
Of course, you can also have a 4-6MB vid song, which would be for mobile format and will have much smaller aspect ratio.
So, my choice falls in the middle of above categories. Now you'll need the Firefox extension "Download Helper", of course to use that, you need Firefox also ...... the sites :-
KoVideo :- This one has collection of videos uploaded on likes of Youtube, dailymotion, myspace...etc
Or simply goto youtube or google videos, or dailymotion...
or just google it...
